I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience with a company like Mammoth. Brad was definitely no doubt the star of the show. He was able to help me with the insurance process and answered all my questions with ease, especially for someone like me who doesn’t understand things easily. His costumer service skills are top tier, he was friendly and quick. Definitely recommend!

Chase Armstrong was awesome. After a hail storm, he arrived to my restaurant with a ladder, a mask, and presumably a smile (that’s a joke because I couldn’t see his face). He explained the amount of damage that occurred, how much everything would be, and promised to have a crew working on it the very next day. When I agreed, he said I had nothing to worry about and he was right. Before I knew it, my roof was in tiptop shape!

I was referred to Mammoth by a family member who had an excellent experience with them. Thought I had a roof leak caused by Winter Storm URI that was causing visible Sheetrock staining in garage area. They were very responsive, and able to send someone out within 48 hrs to take a look. Chase was the rep and was very professional, well spoken, and you could tell he enjoyed his line of work. It was drizzling rain when he showed up but he still inspected the area of concern and actually identified an issue with a clogged gutter that I wasn’t aware of. He cleared the area of debri, in drizzling rain, and resolved the issue! He will be back to do a full roof inspection once it is dry, but I am highly impressed with the service and responsiveness I received form Mammoth, and Chase, and would recommend them without reservation.

Mammoth saved me, big time! As a first time homeowner I’m clueless about a lot of things and had no idea how to go about repairing my roof but thanks to Mammoth I got it all sorted out. Brad was especially helpful. He explained the insurance process to me and was super polite and friendly the whole time.
