I am unable to schedule massages due to Covid. I went into the business on August 4th and spoke to an employee(very nice) and the manager about putting my service on hold for six months. The manager also transferred a massage, successfully, at that time. She did not put my service on hold for some odd reason. When I asked the employees about it, she “promised” that it would be done the next day. I mentioned that I had driven 100 miles and I wanted to be sure that it would be taken care of. I was assured again not to worry. I called back three weeks later to check. The person answering the phone said that the manager had been out and she hadn’t fulfilled my request. I was told that they would contact the manager and immediately take care of the problem. Well, they didn’t put my account on hold and I was charged for a service that I can’t currently use not to mention that I was lied to repeatedly. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. If the manager is out for any period of time it is a really poor business model to not have someone available to carry on your business. It is also bad form to repeatedly lie to a customer of 7-8 years. I would like the August 27th charge to be taken off of my CC. I want assurance that my request for a 6 month hold has been honored and an apology would be nice.

I have been seeing Heather (the best deep tissue massage therapist) for probably a good 8-9 years. She is why I go... and only to her. Thanks to Covid she has changed her schedule to Mon-Thur and I am only off Sat-Sun. So with a broken heart and achy body... I will be cancelling my membership today (with 5 credits on the books). If i cant get Heather... there's no point in going. Anyone fortunate to have her is extremely lucky. I wish her the best.

Terrible Customer Service. Been a member for years. Managers and Assistant Managers are to busy or in meeting to return calls. Issued a credit 6 days ago and still have not received it. I do not recommend. They are independently owened and My Massage Envy in North Round Rock Texas is horrible.

Two days ago was my first time at Massage Envy, North Round Rock.... I found the entire staff helpful and friendly. My massage therapist was Janelle, who listened when I told her what type of massage I wanted, and then proceeded to provide therapeutic benefits that I experienced both while on the table, and since then. I had a very pleasant experience all the way around.

So I went for a last minute massage on a Saturday and was fortunate to get Fausto, who typically only works weekdays. I like a swedish to deep tissue massage and scheduled last min because I've been having overuse symptoms in my right shoulder area. I also have some late post op inflammation. First off Fausto was extremely professional and intelligent. I have had some pretty awful massages, where the therapist was not concerned with my ailment. They just did a super light massage and even cut out early. Fausto addressed each area as well as took the time to explain what part of my tendon or muscle was feeling the stress. I am feeling much improvement but promise I will probably never go to another therapist again. Super wow awesome amazing.
