Terrible customer support and policies. I've had issues with a medical support order and being the HR provider for my company, they've been of absolutely no help. My daughter doesn't have insurance now despite a court ordered medical support order and have done little to assist me in the matter, consistently passing the expectation over on to me, despite having the order as provided by the OAG.
