Russ and Rex are awesome! They have been caring for my pool for 5 years. They don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. All of the staff will answer questions over the phone. I have even sent pics over text for help and do not charge for advice. Excellent service at reasonable price.

These guys at Pool Chem Plus go out of their way to help with any of your Pool needs. We used them to install two pool pumps at two of our houses. We buy all our chemicals and just recently bought a new Polaris from them. We had questions about cutting hose to length needed for our pool and Russ came out on his way home at the end of the day and helped us out. He spent time explaining everything about how it functions, too. If you want a company that exceeds your expectations then d finitely call on them! Customer service is A!
Went in the Round Rock store with a problem repairing my clorinator. The person working on Saturday morning was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in solving my problem. I my opinion he went beyond the normal call of duty to solve my challenge. This store has become my go to place. They always have the time to listen and provide solutions to the challenges maintaining a 17 year old pool.
