The Sunglass Hut at Round Rock Premium Outlets has extremely helpful associates. I've been in twice recently and Aaron waited on me both times. He is helpful, professional, efficient and knowledgeable about the product. I purchased glasses here about a year ago and experienced the same excellent service which is what brought me back this time. I will continue shopping this store as the service and products available are both excellent.

the worst costumer service there. On August 21st I went with my friend to the store around 5:30 p.m we took a look at the store, we couldn’t find what we are looking for, so we said thank you to the girl was there and left While we were passing in front of the store later, after 25 minutes, we found the girl who’s working in the store waiting for us outside and asked us to come inside the store because she was missing a sunglass .We were in rush to wait all that time because she had another customer, so asked as leaving our driving licenses We asked her do you have any record that we took this glasses?!she said I cannot check now because I have customers !! The day after I called the store to talk with the manager , and I was shocked that she is the manager I don’t know if she made up the whole story because of the scarf I put on my head, or what?!! By the way her name is Shawn

Ask for Jessica's Help!! Super KIND, PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGEABLE!! You'll get awesome shopping experience and great quality glasses. They have 2 shops in the outlet. Jessica is in the one what is right near the Swarovski shop. (Not the one by Starbucks.) Have fun! :)
