Francois, Diego, Nicholas & their crew responded quickly to deal w/a major leak from a frozen pipe that flooded the master bath and two downstairs bedrooms. They tore out sheetrock, carpet, & tile and installed fans & dehumidifiers to dry things out. The work was very thorough & complete. We received numerous comments from contractors who bid on the reconstruction work about the quality & thoroughness of their work. Our insurance company reimbursed us in full for their job w/o question. I hope I never need their services again :-), but if I did I would use them w/o hesitation. They're great to work with. They fixed a hole in my kitchen ceiling caused by a leaking toilet. Then they came and fixed the toilet too (plus 2 others). Fast response time, upfront communication, reasonable bill. Ceiling looks great now. Toilets work great. Also, they were nice to my dogs and baby. Would recommend. A

I noticed a moldy smell in my dining room. I invited Francois to come do an inspection. He figured out where the mold was and where the water was entering. It turns out the French doors were failing and had created a moldy mess. The windows were also failing. I hired Texas Dry Out to remediate and repair everything. They replaced windows, doors, flooring, sheetrock and stucco. I also hired them to replace a second story deck and staircase. The work they did was superb. These guys are as professional as they come. I’ve hired A LOT of contractors over my life. Francois Newkirk and his team were the best I’ve ever hired. I will continue to call them for ALL major construction work and repairs to any property I own.
A leak in our air conditioner closet resulted in water damage to the sheet rock and the need for mold remediation. This turned out to be a relatively small job for Texas Dry Out and Restoration, but Francois treated it as if it was one of his most important ones. Francois was not only a licensed professional contractor for us – he was also a team player by taking our concerns and stress seriously, and responding promptly and courteously. We wanted someone who would do a professional job, but also someone we could trust. We found them both with Francois and his very capable team.
Francois and his team epitomize craftsmanship and integrity. Diego, in particular, went above and beyond to be sure that everything was clearly communicated and that the highest quality work was performed. Whenever I had a question, Francois immediately addressed the question and took time to explain the pros and cons to moving forward with certain work. Francois and Diego did an outstanding job and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone dealing with property damage issues.
