The hams are on point. The order fulfillment and customer service are NOT, unfortunately. I pre-ordered a boneless ham with plenty of days to spare for Easter. When I went to pick it up, I was told they were out of boneless and only had bone-in. When I I expressed my frustration, due to having ordered very much in advance, I was told "corporate didn't send enough". The employee called the off-duty manager on my behalf (who had zeroed out my order before I picked it up, creating confusion for both myself and the employees) and I was told I could take a bone-in ham AND that I would be refunded my money if I reached out to the manager the following Monday. When I followed up with her, I was told that I would not be receiving a refund. I received no apology whatsoever for the issue with the ham, or the fact that she promised a refund and then reneged. I'm extremely frustrated by this experience and will likely not be returning to this store.

Never knew they served fresh sandwiches until a friend brought us here. It was wonderful! Clean, friendly staff, and great carver fresh sandwiches. Don't come for a wide variety, but if you want a fresh sandwich this is an awesome gem. I got the Tavern Club, Ham, Turkey, Bacon and Cheddar with their Mayo/Honey Mustard Spread!

Well sorely disappointed today. Reserved a ham in advance yet arrived to a locked door and a handwritten sign that said Sorry out of Inventory. I thought since I ordered in advance surely they still have mine. I was wrong. Despite my knocking repeatedly the around 8 unmasked employees ignored me continued packing up boxes that I assume they were taking for themselves. Some were even eating right in the production area. Complete disregard for customer service and sanitation... It's a shame. We loved the location we used to frequent before.

I bought from them in the past , and loved the pre cooked turkey breasts. Last night was a disappointing experience! I prepaid and placed an order with a reservation for two turkey breasts two weeks ago. I arrived on time and had to stand in a line for 45 minutes. The assistant manager came out at tell us that they did not prepare their inventory correctly and they may not be able to accommodate all of us?! I’m so disappointed in them! While I appreciated the gift card and an apology, I trusted this company to deliver the same service to my family on Thanksgiving that they have had in the past. I cannot say if I’ll ever buy from them again.

Nice and clean restaurant. Somewhere between a fast food feel and a local diner feel. I know sandwich construction doesn't seem all that impressive to people but my fellow ranch lovers will probably be pleased to hear that when I ordered my turkey bacon ranch sandwich I didn't have to ask for extra ranch-- it was perfect! I was a little disappointed in the flavor of pickle but that's my burden to bear.

Shameful experience heading into thanksgiving. Had a prepaid order from a week ago not honored - and they never communicated this was even a possibility. They sold our order to walk-ins and said they’ll refund us, but what good does that do with mere hours the day before the holiday?

The lady working the counter was a bit overwhelmed with all the customers. She was the only person working until a teenager (male), came to help her. I had prepaid for my order. The young person told me they were out of the soup mix I ordered. I asked him to take it off my charge. He said he couldn’t do that. He asked if I wanted something else. I said no and left with my ham. His customer service was terrible. Another young lady working there was not wearing a mask. Very disappointed at the staff there.
