EXCELLENT customer service. Today they knocked it out of the park! Manager Lacy personally took care of my broken glasses. I had new replacement frames in less than 30 minutes. SO easy! I have been going to this Visionworks location for years because they give me better service than any of the other eyeglasses stores in the area.

The Round Rock Team is truly Amazing. Emily is my Sales Associate and her Exceptional Customer Service Skills are What keep me coming back. They have a Great Selection of Frames and I think I bought 3 pairs in less then a year. Please Make Sure to Stop by and Ask for Emily!!!

Ordered glasses. It took 2 weeks past the promised date and could not give me a reason as to why. The glasses had a huge chip on the inside and was told to take the frames and she would order new upgraded frames free of charge. It's been over a month and have not recieved thebnew lenses and upon calling they cant give me names because its only listed under employee id numbers. If you want quality service do NOT go here.... they recieve their money and do NOT deliver product. Horrible experience and not worth the headache. They will try to blame it on their outsourced company which is still thwir responsibility. Horrible service, horrible quality

Great Covid practices in place here. Temp check at door all employees wore a mask at all times. Went in to repair my wife's glasses which she bought from their San Marcos location. The eye fitting tech had issues fitting the screw into the frame. Rather than fighting with the screw she gave my wife a new set of similar frames and fixed her glasses in under 5 minutes. Will buy our next set of glasses from them again.

My kids and I just moved out to Texas from Illinois!. I thought the warranty for my daughter's glasses would be a huge hassle given its different locations!. I came to in prepared for a long wait!. Jokes on me!. It was no wait & no hassle thanks to Lacey!. She helped me in under 10 minutes with a personable and knowledgeable attitude!. Her Coworker Katie was extrodinary in fixing my daughter's glasses right then and there!. I am one happy customer!. I will definetly be coming back due to their wonderful customer service!. Thank you Lacey & Katie!.

I did the eye exam next door and they recommended the store next to them!! It’s my first time getting glasses no experience at all. I paid same day and they told me two weeks will be arrived and will call you back!!! I had to call in third week and one of them work there told me will call you back and I didn’t get the call!! I was ignored!!! Anyway the fourth week gave them another call and same answer will call you and it’s been almost 26 days and still waiting to call me back!! I didn’t like the way the deal with customers, I would go to deferent store next time.

Prices are high compared to competition, staff are minimally trained. I ordered two pair of progressives and they lost the second pair, which wasn't noticed by the store staff until I called to ask about the long delay in getting my glasses. When they finally arrived, the prescription didn't match the first pair of progressives.
