Have not bought a car from them, but did use their carwash for the first and last time.... It was hard to believe my car could exit their car wash in worse shape then when it entered, but the pictures do not lie.

Got my car back in December and have been loving it! Had the pleasure of having “BUGSY” as my salesperson and he was great! Drove to get me from my house, and took me down the lot to get my car. A truly exceptional person. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

The vehicle history was completely transparent and was purchased at a very fair price! I opted for the additional drive train warranty. They even sent me home with a full tank of gas!!!! My experience with 228 Auto Mall was has not been a good one. I paid 100 deductible on Oct. 5, 2020. I have yet to receive a receipt for the work they told me had been done on my car. I no longer own the car due to 4500 bill that was not covered which at the time I could not afford. It resulted in my surrendering the vehicle. I have contacted Shawn multiple times requesting documentation for the work they did on my car. The last time we spoke he informed me that he had to have an hour conversation with the Warranty Company before he could release the receipt and documentation about the Audi. I'm trying to be patient, and of course there is so much more that I believe was not good service. Prior to my car being sent to Sewickley Audi I had a conversation with Aaron about reinstating my warranty after they completed the repair of the cracked oil filter housing. I was also informed of an issue with cam sensor. All of this has been since May of 2020. When they sent the car to Sewickley Audi, I was informed that there was a screw in the camshaft that had backed out. I kept up the maintenance of the vehicle when it was in my possession. When I took the car to Jiffy Lube and it immediately began to leak oil I called and was told that because I didn't get my oil changed at 228 Auto Mall my lifetime warranty was no longer valid. The bottomline is I no longer have a car, I paid the deductible so why is it taking from Oct. 5, 2020 to get my paperwork? I am still traumatized from having to surrender the vehicle. Everytime I see an Audi I have reocurring feeling of dread. There is so much more that I could share about my experience with 228 Auto Mall, but I probably need to have that conversation with a therapist and or a lawyer. What I want right now is the paperwork for the work that I was told they did on the car which I paid the 100 deductible for. I'm tired of feeling like I'm getting the run around!
