Just had MOT done. Took less than an hour. All Covid-19 safety arrangements in place. Have been a customer of Rowes since 1997!! Wouldn't stay if they weren't always brilliant.

Great service from friendly staff. I always feel like nothing is too much bother and I'm always well looked after by the team. Services are videoed and sent via email which is a nice touch.

My Grandma had a MOT with this garage as they offered a free MOT with a service, it just happened that her AC was broken on her car at the time so I asked them to take a look as part of the Service. They completed the MOT and stated they had fixed the AC, in which they hadn’t and they just made it worse. They wouldn’t offer my Gran a refund of 65 pound as apparently that was the cost to cover the tests for the AC. The service and MOT as well as the AC came to a total of 260, which wasn’t the free one that we were originally promised. They were very rude and weren’t helpful at all and we dealt with a gentleman called Paul. We came away feeling very dissatisfied with the service and will not be going there again.
