Since 1953 RWD has nurtured 58,000 residents in Rowland Heights, La Puente, Hacienda Heights (including Industry and West Covina). Governed by a 5 (five) member board chosen by the public. Thanks for the hospitality during my office visit. Sources of life for this district (water) in bottled/tap is the Colorado River. S&P Global Ratings credit rating from “A” to “AA-“. Congratulations! This district ameliorated its operations with: Nogales/Fullerton grade separation, Whittier Booster Pump Station and the Tomich Booster Pump Station. Staff consists of 25 full time employees.
