It’s been about 6 months or more since the ATM machine at the Rowlett location Has been broken. And when we ask the staff at the bank when they will get it fixed they continue to say maybe next month. In the mean time we have use other ATM machines and pay high fees. Considering closing my accounts. Very disappointed.

This bank is absolutely amazing! They care about their customers and work hard to make sure all of our banking needs are met. Each branch is full of caring, knowledgeable individuals. I am thankful I found this bank after years of banking with larger corporate run nightmares.
