I can’t praise Dr Orozco and his team enough. I highly recommend Dr Orozco. As a neurosurgeon he is one of the best. Perfect bedside manner, his record flawless and he really cares for his patients. Thank you so much.

I had a 10yr old DOA neurospinal stimulator replaced by Doctor Orozco and he was outstanding. I cant say enough good things about him and his staff I will be returning to him as long as I have any kind of neuro spinal issues.

My review is actually based on his staff and policies. On Tuesday, 12 Jan 2021, I called and made an appointment, 14 Jan 2021, to see Dr. Orozco for ongoing issues with my neck and shoulder. Without disclosing medical information, these are issues that he treats. On 13 Jan 2021, I received a phone call from an unknown number, so I let it go to voicemail. On top of this, at some point during the day, a text message came through to my phone. I say all of this for a reason. The building where I work blocks cell phone signals for my provider, not intentionally. I am unable to switch services as they are the only service that works where I live. I do not have WiFi calling as I use an unbranded cell phone that came from Samsung, not my service provider. The voicemail and text stated that if I did not reply \yes\ to the text or call the office that my appointment would be cancelled. This is irresponsible. What do people like myself do? I drive a school bus in the morning. I can not legally touch my phone without taking the chance of having my CDL revoked or be fired for using my phone while the bus is in gear. Not moving, just in gear. When I'm done with my route, I'm inside the building with no service. I work 6am to 5pm M-F. I have an appointment on 18 Jan 2021 with a different neurologist.

I had the best experience with all staff members. I had the ACDF surgery 1 week ago and it went amazing. Still a little sores but all my main tingling and numbness and weakness were better right after surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Orozco and would use him again if needed.

Zero Stars if possible! Lied about not getting my test results, lied about their being no images on my disk (yes they are). Said he wouldn't/couldn't treat me due to my weight. Also didn't tell me I had a bulging disk on my neck...cant miss it from the images. Don't worry I reported him, save your self the time and misdiagnosis. Find another doctor...quickly.
