I called at 5:18 that my car light had gone off saying I had low tires. I told them I had just left work to go home. It was raining and getting dark. They said to come on over. I arrived at 5:30 and all the lights were off!!! I drove straight to the far corner where They Said They Would Be. NO ONE! I drove all around there in the dark. Nobody is there. I only drove back around because I Couldn't BELIEVE they had left!! My eye caught someone inside in the dark-only an office light was on low. A woman, Jenny, came out and asked if I called earlier. I told her yes. She put air in my tires and told me Kenneth was No Longer there. To me, that EXPLAINS Everything!!! I had ONLY called just 12 minutes before. Jenny says the man who answered the phone said they were ABOUT to close. I didn't hear it... Just SHAMEFUL... I have been a loyal customer for 10 years. Kenny NEVER would have turned out ALL the lights. He would have waited and made sure I could see he was there to HELP me. I truly don't know what to expect now.
