If I could give 0 stars, I would! It's a hot mess at this location! A.HOT.MESS.!!! Those are the only words I can use to describe it.

This location is NOT following normal healthcare or CDC protocols for protection from COVID or general patient cleanliness. They are NOT switching gloves in between patients or using hand sanitizer. The hand sanitizer for patients in the waiting room is out. They are NOT cleaning or wiping up the different patients’ rooms after each patient either. They say on their website that masks are required for patients and lab techs but do not enforce it. Many patients are waiting and having labs drawn while not wearing a mask. I normally draw labs at my doctors office, but I could not go all the way to the doctors office this time. So I don’t normally come here. This was my first time here and will be my last. I have no immune system due to having Lupus and I am very concerned about my safety getting labs drawn here at this location. The picture is taken as soon as I walked in the blood draw room. I have not had my labs drawn yet. It is not clean from the last patient. Different things are just thrown around. There is not any disinfectant wipes in the room to even clean the station with. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE FOR ANYTHING.

I don’t understand if you close at4:30pm, why discourage patrons coming in not to sign in as soon as you get into the door. I was told immediately by the young lady at the desk that she didn’t know if the machine would allow me to sign in as if she did not want to assist me. Straight LAZY. Try to assist before sending me away. This is my second day at this location online still shows they close at 5pm and not today nothing still. Absolutely freaking ridiculous!
Closed over an hour early, called Lab Corp customer service and they could not find the staff or the supervisor. If you have critical blood work that needs to be done for a doctor appointment that takes months to get, DO NOT USE LAB CORP! They're too busy making money off of COVID19 PHODEMIC!
They are so unbelievably slow. If you're doing a urine test be sure you're thinking you'll have to pee in an hour at least. You'll definitely be waiting. Especially with their new hours which are terrible. 8:30-12:30 and you wonder why its packed. How long does it take for someone to pee in a cup, c'mon.
Best place to get lab work! Both the ladies at the front desk (and who took blood) are amazing and very helpful! I will continue to give them my business as long as it’s needed! Highly recommend this place!
I had a certain lab that I could not have anything to drink an hour before. My dr didn’t tell me this. I went and they informed me. So I said well I’ll get the other lab done which was more important and I’ll come back tomorrow for the other. She informed me they could not do that. They had to do all at once. So I said I’ll wait. She suggested I wait in the car. I waited 45 minutes thinking a 15 minute wait in the waiting room would probably be the case. I ended up waiting another hour. They are soooo slow. Then to top it off they didn’t have my insurance even though I’ve been here twice before. My insurance makes me come here. I’m sure they have a deal with them. If you aren’t forced to come here I suggest you go somewhere else.
