I joined this location 6 months ago. In my mid-40s, I wish I would have found it sooner. I've had gym memberships, been to intense group fitness, as well as private classes, and none have produced the result that I have received in Jazzercize. Within only one month I could see a change in my calf muscles, within two months I was able to double the weights I lifted, and by month five I had a welcome, slim curve in my waistline. The instructors as well as other classmates exude contagious energy and strength. This has been by far the most beneficial WORKOUT I've ever enjoyed being a part of.
