I was not able to get the lady's name that made my 2 yrs old son laugh and entertained but shes so nice and sweet! It's my son's first time to go to the dentist and she made it so easy for me. I hope all children's clinic have someone like her! Thank you so much!

Tried to contact them several times, even though my records were sent to them, then couldn't find them every time I called. The receptionist/clerk told me to go back and get more information, find the right contact info, verify they sent my records. When I expressed frustration and was not feeling comfortable with the fact that they kept pushing me off to find more information - I was told \Well you have a nice day.\ and they hung up on me. As a disabled veteran that was sent this practice for care, I wouldn't choose this place at all. If this is how you are treated before they perform any services to you, I don't know how I would be treated while there. Maybe they don't want to take veterans insurance, or whatever, but I will NOT be choosing them for my care and will be advising the VA not to send people to this location if this is how they are going to treat people.

Person Family and Dental provides the best service's I have ever received. The entire staff are warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful. They don't push you through like you are on a production line. The give you the quality time needed to address your medical/dental issues. My Dr is amazing. You know he is there for you. He is very intelligent, kind, prepared, and you can tell he is truly concerned about your health (physically and mentally). I pray he remains my Dr until the day I die.

Through all my years, I have never come across a medical/dental center such as this. From the front desk/check out staff; to all the nurses, Dr.'s and the lab corp. technician, etc., 100% FANTASTIC! So friendly and personable, caring and considerate. Both medical and dental offices/rooms are always very clean, kempt and santized. I really do consider myself so blessed and lucky being a patient here (medical and dental). Thank you so much for the care you give me, Keep up the GREAT WORK!

Horrible experience with Dr. Chen. She did a horrible job filling my tooth. She did not pack the filling properly leaving a ragged edge of the tool which irritates my tongue when it runs over it. She only asked me once how I was doing, didn't give any breaks aid my tired mouth from being open for such a long period of time. She did not floss between the teeth to be sure that the filling was spread properly so the floss could get between the teeth. Not welcoming and very unprofessional! I've NEVER encountered such an unprofessional dentist in my years of getting dental work.
