What the store lacks in size, it makes up for in service and friendliness and good prices. Its repair department does excellent work at very moderate pricing. They rent tools that are always in good working condition and their pricing is always a little better than anywhere else. They are very knowledgeable about many issues and are very free with good advice. They also often know people (contractors) that do a variety of work. Over the years they have given me the names of various contractors that have all turned out to be good to excellent. If I am getting any work done now I always start by calling them for a reference. Being small they only carry a very limited supply of merchandise so don't expect an inventory like a Reno or Home Depot. I recommend them highly.
They have so many tools.. It was great. Amazing service.. Great at suggestions and support. The tile cutter ended not working for my tiles because the surface was not smooth, so they only charged me an hours for the morning I had in it my possession. Can't wait to have a reason to rent equipement and go back again!!
Have brought my snow blower there for repairs and have always been very satisficed with the results. they are quick and courteous and very reliable. they charge a very fair price and have even helped me to fix my equipment myself no Charge.
I had a problem with my snowblower not throwing snow and jamming. As far as I was concerned, it needed to be thrown away. I started to look at new models. A buddy suggested it was a belt problem and all that was needed was maintenance/service. I found Rolac online. I asked them if they could come pick up my blower for a fee (I live in Ste-Dorothee and they are in the West Island). They did for a 50 fee (VERY fair). They replaced parts that needed replacing, did some carburetor maintenance and called me very promptly. I asked them if I could pay them to bring it back-- they said it was included in the 50. They brought it back and were very careful and respectful in my garage and on my property. I can't say enough good stuff about this place....excellent EXCELLENT job les Amis!
