Absolutely best gym hands down! It's a wonderful atmosphere to be in, very friendly staff. I love the trainers! They will definitely help you reach your fitness goals. I would recommend this gym to anyone!

I was asked today why I love Rox Fitness Center, I said without a doubt it is all the people. Whether they work at Rox or are members. Rox Fitness Center is more than just a gym. It's a fitness community! I've been a member since March 2015 and have lost 70lbs. Rox Fitness Center has so much to offer, cardio equipment, weight machines, free weights, classes every day for all levels of fitness and tanning. You won't find that any where else. I will be a Rox Fitness Center member for the rest of my life, you couldn't pay me to go someplace else!!!
