I have to say they have nice homes but, When we went in there place in Roxboro NC there wasn't a single employee in the place wearing a face mask. First time I've been in a place of business in a long time where the employees won't wearing a mask. To top it off the young lady that waited on us took us in this tiny office to talk where she was sniffling and sneezing the hole time. If thats all the respect they have for their potential customers I won't be going back.

Nice modular homes. Large variety. They follow your plan. Well prepared and cordial personnel
I drove 40 miles to get to this place to find a sign on the door that said by appointment only. When I walked in a sales person asked me when I wanted to have an appointment. She could not be bothered to spent 1 minute with me giving me information or brochures or anything else. Not the best impression when you're shopping for a home. I'm sure I can find somewhere else to spent my hard earned money. Thanks, no thanks.
These people were awsome and very helpful. I was glad we stopped by and talked with them.
