They are the best!! I take my fur babies there a lot. My boys are actually excited when they realize where we are. The service is always friendly, professional and smiling. And I love that they send me pictures if I ask how my babies are doing.
We highly recommend Roxdane Kennels. Brian and his team were terrific at helping us arrange transport services for our standard poodle. While she isn't a big dog, she is tall and lanky and very nervous, all of which restricted our flight options (due to a large required crate size and layover concerns). Brian was very responsive to my questions and persistent in his search for suitable flights for her. He also helped us acquire the appropriate sized crate, provided instructions on preparing for the flight and made himself available in the wee hours of the morning in case we ran into any problems at drop off at the airport. Luckily we didn't need him because he prepared us perfectly! We would definitely go to Roxdane again for our pet needs.
