My GC charged us and paid them in full before they completed scoped work then refused to be accountable for them. I would not have never picked them or used them. I was put in a horrible situation by my GC. Royal did not get my system working or finish the work. Despite getting paid thousands of dollars and on top of it they had some nerve to ask my husband for a check when they were asked to come to get the system running. They never replaced the air handler and compressor they scoped as well as other things. GC also took no responsibility for this work after sub contracting to them. He also did not consult another HVAC person about system so supply vents and returns ended up in wrong places. Absolutely pathetic - would not use and don't recommend.
