Both of my parents are residents of Royal Estates and the entire staff have been so helpful. They are the ultimate professionals. Our family is so grateful knowing that our parents are safe and well taken care of. During this difficult time of COVID-19, we know that every precaution has been taken. Royal estates has a very welcoming and inviting atmosphere. The staff team were very pleasant and kind to meet. I also enjoyed seeing residents engage in fun daily activities and events held by the Activities Director. I highly recommend living at Royal Estates because of its great atmosphere as well as its warm home-like hospitality.
I can not say enough nice things about Royal Estates and the entire staff. The folks in the dining area, front office, maintenance, cleaning ladies, everyone is kind, patient and friendly. My mom has been a resident since 2006, and she is comfortable with the clean facility and the employees. Special thanks to Sal, Eva, Krystal, Aaron, Tom, Steve and all the dining folks!
I have been involved with Royal Estates for more than 5 years. My elderly friend, whom I take care of, lives there. She has been very happy with the staff and enjoys the friends she has made there. They have kept her entertained with art projects, exercise classes, and importantly to her - BINGO! From my perspective, I see that the staff does everything they can to accommodate the needs of all their residents. Everyone from the directors to office staff, from housekeeping to kitchen staff, is KIND, HELPFUL, and EFFICIENT!!! They have created a family environment for everyone. During COVID \lockdown\ the activities director has created ways to entertain the residents with projects and activities in a safe manner to keep everyone healthy. The help they have given families during the lockdown period, when we cannot enter, has been beyond expectations!! I cannot say enough to praise the Royal Estates ENTIRE STAFF!! Thank you, ROYAL ESTATES for your SUPERIOR CARE!!
I've been visiting Royal Estates for years and it always feels like home when I walk in. Everyone is always so welcoming and helpful. I love that the residents are always so happy to see me. This is a community that has a great staff that cares about the residents.
