I had visited a number of Bespoke tailors prior to finding RHK online. I had a bit of hesitancy as the other visits were not pleasant and seemed to be a little high pressure and not really listening to my needs. I don't know why I was concerned as from the first contact with Raj and my first visit to meet the charming Zee I was immediately put at ease and made to feel my satisfaction was the number one priority. I needed a suit for my wedding for myself and my best man and the remit was something that would compliment the bridal party yet be in the correct material to cope with heat abroad for the wedding. The vast experience of the guys paid off and the finished article was amazing. I have never had so many compliments at the fit and style of the suits that RHK made for Alex and Myself. We had one or two panic moments with delays totally out of their control (the Hong Kong riots) but the guys went totally out of their way to keep us fully updated and never let us down once. I have worked in Car Sales for over 30 years with prestige brands and my experience with Royal Hong Kong has been top of the range!! Well done. Great service from start to finish. I visited Royal Hong Kong in urgent need for my wedding suit (I left it late). Raj was at hand to look after me and I must say throughout the whole journey I was kept in the loop, I could see Raj was going the extra mile A service I will be using again and would recommend anyone in need of a suit at a great value to get in touch with them.
Great quality bespoke suits which arrived in plenty of time. Amazing service from Raj and Zee. I would definitely be using them again.
Initially I was apprehensive about getting a bespoke suit, but I can’t emphasis enough how relaxing and rewarding this experience was After making an appointment, I received accurate directions to the office. Once I got there, no waiting around it was straight into a relaxed conversation on what I wanted and when for. Measurements were taken, cloth chosen and a little over a week later, my bespoke suit arrived for the final adjustments. Two days later, being a perfect fit, it was ready to take away There is now no reason for me to anywhere else for shirts, jackets or trousers, all of which I’ve since been measured for and received, to add to my suit
Purchased two white formal shirts as my long term supplier had changed their body fit. The shirts arrived quicker than expected and fit really well. Great service, highly recommended
