Absolute top class people and genuine company to work with. Mistakenly we bought the wrong tiles for our new build kitchen project and later we had to change the shade, due to change in our kitchen furnitures when we finalised the kitchen. We have requested the change with minimal hopes as the tiles were bought good couple of months ago. But We were overwhelmed by the response we have received and Stuart has helped us immensely by humbly accepting our request and replacing the whole lot of tiles to the new ones we wanted. I would 100% recommend Royal Tiles to anyone who is looking for top range Tiles and great customer service. One of the best tile company in Cardiff.

Excellent Service, brilliant tiles. Stuart and his colleagues were extremely helpful in answering all our queries from purchasing to delivery. Their communication level was excellent even during the Covid pandemic, providing reassurance at all stages. Not to course any inconvenience, they went out of the way to deliver our goods personally. They were also helpful in providing the right type of adhesive, grout and other materials. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and will definitely use them in the future.
