We used the limo service from LaGuardia airport to my home in Oakland last week. The car was immaculate and chauffeur's driving was excellent. He was on time and very pleasant to speak with. It's always appreciated after a trip!

Shockingly terrible experience. Required a confirmation the day before (that I did not know about but makes sense) but DID NOT LEAVE A VOICEMAIL to tell me to call and confirm or else they would cancel the reservation. They did send an email also as an option to confirm, but less that ten hours before the trip and I do not check my email that frequently. They therefore did not pick me up and majorly affected the start of my trip. Worst of all they were rude and unprofessional in their emails when I went to cancel the other reservation I had made with them after this first terrible experience.
