Very clean!!!!! With exceptional customer service. This gym offers the studio and one on one service training environment. The man working the counter talked about not only working out but proper nutrition on how to reach my goals. They also offer healthy meal and supplements to help get you there. A true one stop shop. Oh and they also have a massage therapist.

Tony Lyons is very helpful. He is a mentor who helps show you the correct way and picks you up when you falter. Tuesday night boot camp is super fun.
GREAT RATES! cheapest in royse to for the clean environment! The employees are super knowledgable with a great dedication to helping you reach your goals! Also I love that they carry icon meals so I can pick up my meals for the week! But overall you can't beat the overall happy vibe and the carrying atmosphere!
Seemed knowledgeable and definitely able to help out with what ever fitness goals I wanted for myself. Wouldn't recommend another gym in Royse City over this one.
