Bought a tractor for a really good deal. Easy and painless financing. Only gave them 4 stars because there service is slow. My new tractor was out for 3 weeks for a ac pump.

Nice and friendly but no masks in sight. Even the guy up front that greets you had on no mask. No social distancing either. Ordered parts for a Mahindra Tractor. They came in correctly and when promised but they seem a little high priced.
If your New Holland tractor has a Service Repair issue please call both New Holland Dealerships of Sulphur Springs and McKinney to get the mechanic's hourly time expected on the repair service first before calling this location as they will not provide you that hourly figure but a possible unwritten dollar quote in my opinion based on me taking in my New Holland tractor (1,188 runtime hours) there. I am not saying not to use this location for your New Holland tractor repair, it is your money; but rather get the estimate hours from the other 2 New Holland Dealerships in the area first; so you know what you are dealing with up front in my opinion based on me talking with those 2 service point of contacts at those 2 New Holland Dealerships after the fact. My New Holland Tractor only uses 3 quarts of engine oil and I was charged 69.43 (Aug 2020) for MAT 3522 15W-40 engine oil in my opinion based on the final bill being paid in full; so please consider doing your homework and keep your guard up on reviewing the best location to do your New Holland Service Repair as an example of something to also compare between New Holland Dealerships as both New Holland Dealerships of Sulphur Springs and McKinney just charge around 18 (Aug 2020) for MAT 3522 15W-40 3 quarts of engine oil. With Wal-Mart maybe carrying a better grade of engine oil - like as an example only - \Mobil Delvac 1300 Super Heavy Duty Synthetic Blend Diesel Engine Oil 15W-40\ for retail 2.74 (Aug 2020) a quart or 8.22 for 3 quarts, with that being the basis of my opinion on oil.
This place still has my mower after 3 months. They did start out by saying it was going to be 4 weeks before anyone could even look for it. But now it’s been 3 months and there saying there is a part on back order and can’t give me a time frame. This part is not even what I took the mower in for. They said my mower leaks oil everywhere but when I took it in there was no oil leaks. Someone needs to get ahold of me and get me my mower!!!
