FAO Penn Sassoli - I have worked in the property industry for many years now and have dealt with lots of solicitors, local and national companies. I have never come across such a rude and ill-mannered firm. Your attitude towards your clients is unacceptable. You are the worst solicitors i have dealt with and would advise anyone who wants to use a local firm to avoid your company. I have also heard very similar stories from your current and past clients. Oscar Sassoli - your company is an absolute joke. Sort your attitude and your staffs attitude out and put your customers first!!!!!!!!! Pathetic!

Agree with the other reviews. Absolutely appalling. Rude, ignore every communication, wont take calls, dont tell you or the other party what's going on. Caused a huge amount of stress. Really unprofessional. Oscar thinks he's some city slicker and working in Royston is beneath him. Avoid this firm at all costs and use anyone but them.
