I cannot comment on the estate agency work the company provides, but I can say that they have been so thoughtful and a huge help for parents in the local community who do not have access to a printer at home. I sent an email requesting they print some resources my son needed for school, they replied promptly and informed me they would be happy to help, and I could collect as soon as u was able. This kind offer is helping lots of families to better assist their children with homeschooling during this difficult time! Cannot thank them enough!
I can't comment with regard to house buying or selling, but the staff have been extremely thoughtful and helpful to the local community by offering a printing (and delivery!) service to help with homeschooling. This has been a lifesaver for those without current access to home printing facilities. A great initiative and very much appreciated by many Royston parents during this difficult time - thank you very much!
We dealt with Wellington Wise for a recent house purchase. They were 100% professional from start to finish, the viewing was covid-safe, and they are always easy to get hold of and very responsive. I communicated mainly with Shane who was always extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend and I have no doubt that we will be using their services again in the future.
Wellington wise sold our house in the first day for full asking price. Helpful all the way through the process and Abi was brilliant at chasing agents further up the chain and keeping us in the loop. In comparison to the agents of the house we were buying from, Wellington are by far superior as they seem to genuinely care, have lots of time for any questions and kept our mind at ease. Highly recommend.
