Ordered a set of Bilstein shocks from Essex Distributors back in March. Took a few emails over 3 weeks and a voicemail to finally hear back from them. Warren was very nice over the phone when he did call me back. Shocks are on backorder like most things with covid. I just wish there was communication sooner after I ordered instead of waiting 3 weeks only to hear I can't get them until mid summer. Got my refund back promptly. Will likely try business with again when things are a little more normal in the world.

Recently had my 2020 m340i installed with H and M lowering springs. The install was quick, the tech was professional and answered all my questions. They also gave me a courtesy car which was clean and full of gas. Thanks Rpi I had a great customer experience!!
