My mother went here for a mani/pedi. The pedi went great but the mani was horrible! She clipped her cuticles until they bled, 3 nails we're a size too small leaving my mom's nails hurting, the nails are all different lengths, you can still see the side of one of her natural nails, and it looks like a 3 year old polished them. Due to all this my mom has limited use of her hands because of the awkward way she now holds things. My mother pointed these things out as they were happening but the lady kept saying it will all be fine by the time she was done. Apparently she was wrong and should have listened to my mom to begin with.

All I can say is that I’m 100 pleased️ Picture is worth a thousand words and I think these speak to my satisfaction with my visit at R&R. My first time ever there. You always take a chance going to any new business. I was very fortunate taking a chance with them. I cannot say enough. R&R delivered exactly what I requested. I’m so happy ️The customer IS always right especially if they choose R&R. I will be back in a day for more pampering and have my nails done mani pedi exactly as I asked for. The same as my hairstyle. THIS is what I’m talking about. Where many others were shortcoming R& R really stepped up️ Thank you Mrs. Ashley & Mr. ‘Los(in advance for my wonderful mani pedi ). WORTH IT‼️ Worth the drive and I travel a lot for work so it’s hard to get in with a stylist let alone get many to even answer the call or return messages during these times. R& R answered the call! Prompt Professional Perfectionist Service! At a fair price. Saved️
