I went here to look at a second hand Nissan advised by the conseiller Francisco. He was a very well informed and lovely advisor to deal with. I didn't end up purchasing the car but I really was appreciative of the time and attention I was given and would definitely recommend and also consider RRG if I was to buy again.
Good service to buy be and used cars
I have just bought a second-hand Nissan car at the space \Voitures d'occasion\ of this garage and I am totally satisfied with the selling process. The dealer, M. Lucio Strummiello, was available any time and provided useful and honest feedback on the various cars performance, in order for me to make a decision which would have suited my needs at best. The garage took back my old car and dealt with all administration. The new car was very well delivered: they included an extra set of winter tires and offered the highway sticker (Vignette) plus a replenished gas tank. I feel the price I paid was adequate to the quality of the product and the service.

This garage is a partner of Alianz Suisse insurance. They are so nice, and provide good quality and quick car body repair. Byside, you can have a free replacement car. They also cleaned the car very well when delivery.

Received a call from them, saying that my car is ready, then spent almost 2 hours waiting for it. Every 10 minutes they were explaining - please wait more 10 minutes. Second time faced the company. They said that they will fix the engine heating problem in 2 days. Waiting for more then a week already, and they said now that it will be not ready earlier then next week. Never calling you back, even if promising to do so. Often not picking up the phone and doesn't speak English. The only way of communication - speaking with the manager face to face at their place.
