Had a great experience with R & S Bathroom Design. Rachael is helpful and informative, and very no nonsense, which I like. She will be clear and honest with you at all stages of discussion and planning. Very competitive quotes that were detailed, transparent, and came with images to help paint a picture. So far my experience with them has been exemplary.

Rachael did an amazing job in designing the the bathroom and ensuites for our new house. Nothing was too much trouble. Rachael and Simon's knowledge ensured the installation went smoothly and she was able to identify great bathroom fitments and tiles at great prices.
Poor service and communication. We did not end up getting the bathroom we wanted due to an electrician not being booked, despite ordering the lights in July and waiting for the fitting until December. We are now stuck with old plaster and paint on the ceiling as we were told it would be an extra three days and 400 to sort. My husband had to walk the fitter through everything we wanted (placements of fittings, tiling etc), as he did not come to look at the job beforehand (despite him saying he would) and had not been told by the showroom what we required. I complained to Rachael about various issues and received no response. The fitter had to come back three days after finishing as water was coming through the kitchen ceiling. We then had to fill and repaint the hole in the new kitchen ceiling ourselves- being able to deduct 12.40 from his bill for the filler. The people who recommended this company are devastated at the service we received, we need a shower screen extension as the one they ordered is not long enough and water goes everywhere but will not be using them again.
