Good staff, well behaved persons. I had to go for verification and issue of learner's license and I was thoroughly satisfied with the good behavior of staff members.

With the time the system and architecture has been upgraded immensely. The work has been resumed after a long pause due to Covid-19 pandemic disease. Proper arrangements has been made to work with safety for peoples and staff. Anyone can visit now RTO office Mall Road with necessary safety precautions. Now the staff has quite decent attitude and helping approach with other peoples.

Very good place. Take your girlfriend for outing and you can make your driving licence but I recommend eat sweet potato nearby and don't forget to ask for extra masala (be on time)

Authority opening timing is 8:30 am but staff comes after 9:30 very bad service
