whose work in RTO @SERAMPORE, doesn't know own any kind of information clean & clear..can't provide proper clean & clear information to normal public who faced issue ..working time 10am-5pm in working days but they come to office after 10am like as their father's office..It doesn't look like it's a government organization that helps others..

Come early or they will eat your whole day. First write your name and get a number and after that stand in the line. At counter 1A your doc will be verified and on counter 1 your picture will be taken. After that you can give test according to the number you get.

Visited for paid the Card fee( BOT). Closed counter 1. No one knows the reason.

Staffs are very late to enter the office. They only accept applications through brokers. If you do yourself then they will try utmost to reject that. A corrupted RTO. They knows nothing without money. People are literally harassed in this RTO.
They will not do your job untill unless you give ...... Deepak naam ka ek dalal h, ek number ka fraud h, don't get in his trap. Earlier he will ask a fixed amount of money for the job afterwards he will keep asking for money quoting some tax etc is pending and so on..
Ya its good but you need to have an ample of time to visit it ..
