Been ordering from Ruby for ages and have always had a really good meal but tonight it was positively disgusting the spring roll was soggy. The won tons were soft. The crab claws weren't crisp The food was all cold. It was really horrible.

This was my first experience of using this takeaway. I ordered on the phone and was told my meal would be ready in ten minutes. I arrived to find my meal was ready and was still hot when I got home. I had ordered a chicken curry with boiled rice. The portion size was great and the flavour of the sauce was very good. Unfortunately the chicken was inedible. Every piece appeared to be coated in fat and the meat reconstituted. It was like eating bland chewy glue. I will not be using this takeaway again. There are many better options, including waiting for my favourite to open later in the week.

It may have been an 'off' night, but the food was distinctly average & the customer service unfortunately a lot worse! The guy serving was rude & abrupt.......didn't even say thank you when we paid or then collected our food! Suffice to say, we shall take our business elsewhere in future!
