Decent store: the shop itsself is great. The range is good, and the prices are unbeatable. But, you pay for it in the lack of service. All the staff here are very young, know little about the products, and are just generally unhelpful. E.g. asking where something is, and they just tell you to go and ask someone else. So, if you know exactly what you want, and exactly where it is, then the experience is bearable. But, if you need any kind of service, the competitors may well be a better choice.
Great store, everything you could possibly want for car accessories
Horrible staff, 2 young ones standing doing nothing and literally talking aloud how they were not gonna work. Ask them where to get something, they didn't know, they asked another guy and the other guy told us that us to go one place, but when we got there, there was literally nothing of what we needed, completely different section. At the self service kiosks there was no one helping even though 3 people were waiting for assistance. The 2 young men were standing next to it and just chatting instead of helping/working. Shop is clean and nicely stacked, products are wide range and good, just the customer service was too bad in my opinion.
A wide selection of automotive, household, tools, paint supplies, fishing gear, etc. Moderately priced compared to elsewhere. Medium quality but sometimes that's all you need.
Most of what you need and a lot of things you do not need. There are lots of great tools if you do not buy the cheapest kind.
Has a sign that sees face mask mandatory. But the staff don't wear masks
Planning before arriving. Finding what you came for. Effective. Then you can pick lots of another nice stuff that you was not aware of that you needed
