Visited this religious site and neighbouring park today for the first time. Wow! One of the loveliest places I've visited so far in my 18 months living in Poland. The basilica is stunning. Beautiful location within a tranquil forest park, full of walking/cycling trails and plenty of shade on a hot day. A picturesque river also runs through the forest. You can watch people kayaking along this river from the bridges along it. Lovely villages in the area provide other opportunities for walks and there are a number of restaurants where you rest for a while and enjoy good food and refreshments. I shall definitely be returning and I would definitely recommend.

Quiet, nice place. Old church, large park, decent restaurant inside monastery, playground for kids. Well worth a visit for adults and families with kids.
