Called in to ask a few questions and talked with Jason Warren. He was more than helpful and actually had almost all of the parts I needed in stock and shipped same day. Since I was pretty close it delivered next day!! Awesome customer service and will definitely call Jason again for any parts needs in the future.

*Update at bottom* Received the Intercooler to turbo tubing kit to replace my broken factory plastic ones. This is for a 2011 F350 DRW 6.7L. Even though there were no instructions, I was able to put the jigsaw puzzle together. It’s not what I would call plug and play fitament, but it works with minor manipulation of factory lines. The real issue is there are (7) 84mm clamps when I think there should’ve been 1. The other 6 need to be 90mm (or so) to work. I couldn’t make the connections with the clamps in place, so I unscrewed the nuts and spring to separate the clamp and install after the connections were made. I couldn’t get the clamps together enough to start the nuts. Extremely disappointed. And I do realize I could call and probably get great customer service that would take a return or ship me what I think I need, but I already have customers waiting on their deliveries and losing money due to not being on the road transporting. Now I have to run to a parts store to get clamps that will work so I can get going. *Update* Since I travel nationwide for my job, I happened to be near Rudy’s. I contacted Tim and went by. He went above and beyond and took care of me. I was only going to update to a 4 star review, but honestly these guys are great and will do whatever they can within reason to satisfy the customer. I’m sure I’ll purchase from Rudy’s more and thanks for the outstanding customer service, Tim.
