Trying to conduct a healthy business with this 'company' was a terrible experience. They brag about having 'years of extensive experience in the professional design of plastic parts for the automotive industry', and use professional names and words in their website introductions, implying they certainly know what they are doing. This should result in a pleasant commercial conduct, correct? Absolutely not with 'MS-PROGRESS.' Even the simplest communication was full of stuttering and misapplied words, and absolutely nobody could answer any of my technical questions, even the most basic ones. All they could do is to giggle silly to the phone, unable to tell you what they have to offer. Not even moving to the email medium changed anything in this aspect, because they were unable to present anything of substance. Their 'competitive advantage through quality' shone brightly, indeed. I truly marvel how people running such a place can still be in the 'game.' Avoid the place at all cost. It's just not worth it, if anything.
