Take that step and book your induction. I’ve been training with Krav Maga Midlands for just over 2 years now and I love it. The training and instructors are second to none. I’ve made friends for life from it and what’s great is that ego’s are left at the door.... it doesn’t matter if it’s your first session, or if you have been training for years, everyone makes you welcome and will help you along. Get fit and learn valuable skills at the same time..... If I have to miss a session due to work I’m absolutely gutted, that’s how good Krav Maga Midlands are...... Go on give it a go. I am sure you will love it.

I joined the club 9 months ago and I attend 2 sessions per week. I have done Krav Maga before somewhere else, and I am really pleased with the technical proficiency of all the instructors and the friendly atmosphere of every training. I recommend this kind of sport for anyone who wants to learn some (unfortunately important) self defense skills simultaneously to getting fit.

Krava Maga Midlands is a really professional school, all of the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and skillful and you will have no problem learning Krav off any of them. All of the guys you will be training with are really friendly and they are just regular guys(and girls) like you, you can always have a laugh with them. Krav Maga is such an intuitive self defence system to learn, most of the techniques you will learn are easy and practical to use, I have personally only struggled with a few but that's down to my my complete lack of flexibility(possibly time for some yoga too). Learning Krav will also help you to be mentally prepared for dangerous situations in real life, how to avoid them if possible and how to deal with them if not, which has personally boosted my confidence when I'm out and about. One massive thing for me is that it is helping me to become fitter and keep that fitness, which I think is important to everyone. I highly recommend Krav Maga Midlands to everyone!!

I have attended these classes since April 2016. I cannot recommend them enough. Bartosz mainly runs the class here in Rugby, he is a great instructor. Serious when he has to be, but very approachable. There are numerous events and seminars to attend, all with the focus of using what you have, to be able to confidently defend yourself, should the need arise. The lessons have also done wonders for my Cardio, which was not lacking previously.
