Really pleased, we had multiple issues with our front and back doors and each time I have rang and he has come out usually within an hour, problems sorted every time at a reasonable price! 100% recommend - Top Service!!!
My 11yr old left the key in the front door and shut it behind her!! She managed to lock us all out as our keys wouldn’t work with her key still in the lock the other side! Called him out 19:30 on a Monday night he was there within 30mins and we were back in our house within minutes he’s such a good guy and soooo reasonable bless him a good 40 cheaper than our best quote will definitely use Rugby Locksmith again!!
