I was convinced by Sally over the phone so I agreed to meet her to give my springs for a sandblast to strip the crusted paint and surface rust, and a powder coat. Time passed and I had to keep chasing, eventually they were done and I could see the underneath paint had not been blasted clean and there was rust bubbling up! Sally tried to convince me that this was normal. She agreed to redo them but when I got them back again they hadn't stripped them off again, they just painted over the rust bubble. Avoid at all costs!

Absolute joke of a company from start to....... well they didn't actually finish, despite having my wheels for almost 6 months! Did not reply to text messages, for the first few months they did not answer the phone, when they eventually did answer they promised to call back but didn't. When I attended in person on several occasions I was told that they couldn't deal with it there and then and that they would call me.... Guess what, no call. And after nearly 6 months when I went to get my wheels back to have them coated elsewhere I'm harrased by the owner (one of the people I'd spoken with prior who failed to return calls) to leave the wheels with them to coat. Hahaha you've got to be joking? And after all this they refused to return my wheels until I payed for the shot blasting, well I didn't take them there just for shot blasting I'd taken them for powder coating and they should not be stripped until you are ready to coat them to protect the metal. To top it off the shot blasting is some of the worst I have seen with loads of areas missed so they will need doing again. The owner kept me there for ages trying to convince me that it is all everyone else's fault but hers (despite being one of the people who couldn't even be bothered to call me back as promised) and spent ages telling me all sorts of things about her staff that A; I shouldn't know and B; I couldn't care less about. Avoid this company!

painted but rushed job after chasing them to get a date it would be done by was quoted two weeks and by end of week three get information that it's only just being started and they left my motorbikes wheel bearing full of grit (ie now had to replace them!) and sand from blasting after saying they would get them removed by the tyre place down the road. Grit was left also in the swing arm and centre stand. Not great service and poor timescales and quoting of the job not the best powder coating company I've used! Dont let the director Sally of both rugby power coating ltd or specialist preperations and finishing ltd tell you that this review is false she will mess you around too be warned!
