Bit tired and in need of maintenance. Men's childrens change stations have needed a clean for over 3 month, manager ignores request to clean yet told me they do deep cleans...ah the swimming pool and changing room have never had a deep clean EVER. Apart from that staff are nice.
I have joined many high end and expensive City gyms throughout the years, but have always felt that this is by far one of the nicest and worth the membership fee. Lovely swimming pool, so much space, clean and the gym equipment is well maintained. I have now left the area but still pop in for a dip in the pool when visiting my parents.

Absolutely useless. I joined one day and tried to book a gym session the next. Despite entering my password it told me my password was invalid and to reset it? I did this eight times and every time I received the same response!!! I am now trying to cancel my membership but of course Better make it impossible to do so; it’s just an automated telephone line, no real people to speak with. Absolutely useless, how does this company expect to gain new members when they can’t even run a proper website or phone lines!
Amazing, very organised, clean place. Swimming teachers are nice and qualified. Nice and helpful staff.
NEW MEMBERS AVOID THIS PLACE. WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. Terrible system, the classes have no space to book on to, and it always seems full. Paying for full membership and two weeks in a row there is no space. Besides that other gyms in the area shower facilities are open and since opening from covid 19 the showers are still closes I don't understand, also to top it off they are still taking full fees for not even half of service available to use for us. Management definitely need to do something about it. I have also added the pictures for prove.
A nice clean pool and gym. Operating a sensible one way and covid distancing measures without too much hindrance on using the facilities.
