Booked in for a contact lens fitting, was called the day before to go through co-vid restrictions. When I arrived at my appointment, I was then told that they could not do the lens fitting as the lens had not been ordered. The optician told me he would order the lens that day to get me booked in ASAP I rang back a week later as I had not received any follow ups as to the appointment. After checking their systems, it turned out the lens were not ordered and I would have to wait another week. Overall highly disorganised, and a poor experience
