Really happy with the service today. Thankfully the que wasn't long, but good to see strong social distancing and protective measures in place at the branch. The man that served me was very helpful and patient. Took the time to explain what I needed and helped me find it. Overall it was a quick and pleasant trip where I got everything I needed. Keep up the good work.

My Wife and I have just experienced exceptional Customer Service at the Ruislip Branch . We were served by Corrinna who is polite, professional patient , warm and friendly........a credit to Toolstation !!!

Book items online and call round to collect. Makes for an easy shop if you know what you want. No showroom premises of course. Everything done though their website. Cheap as chips Chinese tools, that may not last.

I really was pleased with my visit I had so much help with all my need. Each worker really felt like they were giving their 100 hundred percent in their work. They were very helpful and were pleased when someone asks for help. I really liked that because in other shops you would not find workers that are always pleased to help customers. I would recommend this store anytime.
