Good food, very delicious soup, overall is good but i dont like the satay

I love the soup so much, it contains herbs and tasteful once you put it in your mouth. Every component really tasteful, exclude the pork skin and the dried meat one, really hard to chew, I hope they can make it a bit softer or maybe crunchier so it will be fit the chewiness of the white meat. Overall is good. The price of one portion is 40k, for me not too worth it :) Thank you!
The food is delicious, for specific taste you can hear the crunching sound of every bite of the pork skin and it's actually very sweet . There's only one concern, it's the portion size. Maybe it's a little too small, maybe next time they can add more to the plate .
