I recommend Dr. Rumsey to anyone who has pain in your upper cervical or has a spinal misalignment. His technique and his knowledge are impressive. I’ve had multiple nervous breakdowns, anxieties, panic attacks, stomach problems, sciatic nerve pain, and neck pains throughout the last three years. I’ve gone to seek many medical visits, treatments, and medicines, and none of it could help me feel my normal state. I met Dr. Rumsey while researching spinal chiropractic last year in October and it’s been a life-changing and healing experience. Anchorage is truly blessed to have a NUCCA chiropractor who not only does amazing service but who truly cares and understand about the people’s condition. My nervous breakdown and other conditions have subdued, and my lifestyle has improved drastically. Therefore, I write this, “THANK YOU DR RUMSEY!”

Dr. Rumsey is amazing!! I’ve been seeing him for over a year and he has really helped manage my post-concussion symptoms. When I first moved to Alaska 6 months after my first concussion, I went to a different chiropractor for one appointment and KNEW I could not go back- they had no idea what they were doing. After an extensive search, I found Dr. Rumsey. He’s the only NUCCA chiropractor in all of Alaska, so I knew he was well practiced and knew his stuff! My experiences with him have only solidified my initial thoughts. I definitely enjoy coming for my appointments because I know I’m in good hands (and the jellybeans are a plus, for sure!). Dr Rumsey is highly a knowledgeable NUCCA chiropractor. His treatment on my neck has been a serious life changer in the life of fibromyalgia. I drive 300 miles round trip for my appt and it’s 100 percent worth it. He is kind and takes his time to make sure he’s gotten my adjustment just right.

I have a very rare neurological disorder called Juvenile Parkinson's Disease. Before I was diagnosed and got on the dopamine replacement medications, I was completely debilitated. I could hardly walk and had little to no balance upon standing up. NUCCA was the only therapy I have tried that helped my gait. I have seen several NUCCA providers and Dr. Rumsey is hands down, the best of the best. He has a heart of gold and helped me significantly. I have about a 2 degree or more head tilt. His work is miraculous. If you are considering Rumsey Spinal care, I would hands down, reccomend Dr. Rumsey. I have seen probably close to 15 chiropractors in my life (military family) and they are not all one in the same. This man heals the body. And I could feel the adjustments immediately! I have not had a NUCCA provider since moving here to TN and I wish I still had Dr. Rumsey.

He took the time to ensure that what he offered would be beneficial to my specific situation rather than jump right in and start adjusting and charging for it. For years I had constant headaches, from just annoying to unable to get out of bed. After just a few adjustments I would could go a couple of days without pain. Now I occasionally have pain but when I do it is short lived and completely manageable. I highly recommend him.
