First time using this company, but definitely not the last! Purchased t-shirts and hoodies for my martial arts school. All embroidered at a much cheaper cost than most printing companies, let alone embroidery ones. Excellent quality of materials as well as embroidery. Massive choice. Everything perfect from start to finish. Sally from the sales team was also excellent throughout, quick to respond to queries and always polite, professional, and helpful. Don’t hesitate to use this company. I certainly will be in the future.

The t shirts I have ordered from here are as described and perfect for the projects I'm using them for. Cannot fault them for that. Despatch times are long so the turnaround time from placing the order to receiving them through the post can take almost a week which can be frustrating, and be doubly sure not to mess up your order as you can't cancel or amend it. My advice from their customer service after mistakenly ordering a batch of t shirts was to refuse delivery when they arrive. Or going through the returns process after they arrive. Surely just cancelling the order, transferring a refund is an easier option?! Why all that hassle?
